How do you incorporate Harmony in your life?
First of all, give yourself some grace. Sometimes grace allows the open space for balance to really be present in your life. What works for me is understanding that having a good plan of action, that could include a schedule yet being able to be present enough in your life when you know that as a mom you also have to be able to ebb and flow, and let go of the perfectionism or the need to control all of the details. Allow messy into your life and I always say do one thing that is an act of self-love every day which is self-care. It doesn’t have to be big but when you weave that in every day, a simple question like “how will I love me today” and then who benefits? Our family and our children.
Some days I feel like there are two areas of my life that I am feeling incredible and feel balanced and healthy and maybe not in another area, and the very next week it could be the exact opposite so to answer your question, I’m going to say be flexible in all areas. Not in a way that you make excuses for yourself yet in a way that you are flexible enough to not freak out when things are not balanced so that you can ask yourself a simple question of what do I feel like I need more of or less of today? I think that bringing trigger questions to your conscious awareness can be a game changer. Shifts your whole energy and focus.

*Don’t feel guilty for taking time for you to use HOWEVER you deem necessary for your balance. This means no guilt from spouse, children, bosses, none! Zilch! Make peace with it and embrace it!
*Ask yourself those questions like what is it that I need today, and don’t judge yourself if it may be self-care that you really need.
*Know that even with balance there is no perfectionism. Some areas may still feel out of balance, YET what story are you telling around that? Embrace the idea that everything is in harmony and stop telling the story of struggle. Create your reality by seeing its existence and that it’s here, because it is, you just have to see it for yourself.
