Happy New Year! We are one week into 2019….. I’m so psyched to welcome 2019 and all the opportunities for personal and spiritual growth God has for all of us! I want to share some awesome stuff with you!

New Year’s is a special and sacred time, and people can have all sorts of emotions with it. Sometimes people reflect on the things they ‘didn’t accomplish’ and so thoughts of disappointment can be present, and yet others can feel gratitude for all that we’ve experienced. Wherever you are at, I want to offer to you a few things I have been doing and as I have made some subtle shifts with how I enter in a New Year. If it resonates, wonderful! Keep the things that feed YOUR SOUL!

First, remember, there is nothing to ‘fix’! The healer/coach in me sometimes has struggled with this thought in the past, YET as I sit here today typing this out, I see that life is messy, right? And that means there are times when things happen in our life that isn’t pretty and that may feel that we are not up to what our standards for ourself are. I want to give you a huge hug and tell you to breathe, and that everything really is ok. You are great. Even in your messiness.

So, if everything is great, but I’m not happy where I am at, then what?

Now this is the shift that I want to invite you to. I did a whole class on it in The Soul Collective and it is acceptance. Sounds so simple right? Part of moving forward is recognizing where you are, and denying it only keeps you in a place of the perpetual hamster wheel. A place where you may beat yourself up and continuously notice where you are and also noticing where you’re NOT. Am I right?

Well, I want to share with you a my 2018 REFLECTIONS DOWNLOAD on me for free! I shared in last night’s SOULFOOD SUNDAYS about this and new perspectives, you can see that episode HERE . Let’s move into 2019 loving ourselves, building healthy relationships with ourselves, God, and I am here to walk with you and help you to stay on a strong spiritual path, and sharing tools to support you.

One last thing, I am REALLY EXCITED for tonight’s Soul Stories Show, with James Kevin O’Connor. We would love to have you join, pull up a comfy chair, grab your favorite beverage and friend, come join us 🙂

I love you, be Blessed!
