It really is never too late to do the right thing, The less emotion you can bring forward while making good and sound decisions, the better the outcome will be. This isn’t always easy is it? Think of this as a way to shift your perspective, all of your problems started out as opportunities or good ideas at one time in your life, yet that could have also been a long time ago. It’s possible that your life, your desires, and your knowledge has evolved/expanded and now what was once a good idea or opportunity may not be so now.   Don’t be afraid to change your beliefs or your ways of thinking. You don’t owe anyone an apology, and you don’t have to ask anyone for permission to step into who God created you to be!

TIP: Try applying this question to any difficult decision you are having that could be causing you stress: “Knowing what I know now, would I still make the same decision?”

  • If the answer is yes, then take a course of action to continue your so you can create and expand the great idea or situation.
  • If the answer is no, then return to your zero point and avoid the situation or, if it has already begun to play out, take some action to shift or change the situation in an attempt to achieve a more desired outcome.

Many times with clients, I see that they get into the same situation because they are just re-creating the same experience over and over and haven’t recognized that they haven’t changed the energy or the mental focus to have a different outcome. (Einsteins theory “doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result”) We even as coaches can’t want it more for our clients than they want it for themselves. This is another reason it’s best to take any emotion out of the decision.
