Step Forward and Shine

Gosh, today is the BIG DAY FRIENDS! I am so excited……!!!!!!

Sooooo, ‘Step forward and shine’, this is what it means to me:

  • To let your personality and character show: Unapologetically show up and be proud of who you are. Just. How. God. Created. You. Then you can Step forward and shine!
  • Nurture relationships: This also includes the relationship with yourself! You can really step forward and shine when you are honoring sacred relationships first.
  • Honoring your self-care: Ensuring that your cup is full so you can give to others, which allows you to step forward and shine.
  • Embracing a positive mindset: This helps you to build that confidence for future endeavors enabling you to STEP FORWARD AND SHINE!

You are stronger than you think

It’s been a while since I have written a blog post! WOW! It’s MARCH already and I have no idea how it got here! Omgosh have I had some massive changes in the last few months! Just when you think your biggest transformation is in the past, BOOM! Another huge shift! Has that happened to you?

The lack of body acceptance has been keeping a good hunk of the population from fully expressing themselves in all areas of life and especially in sexual expression and empowerment. Not feeling good in your own skin impacts every area of our lives, from the type of relationships we attract, the professional roles we play, the way we interact with society, the ways in which we spend our free time –mostly obsessing over how we look and how others might view us, to our parenting style, eating habits and our level of happiness and fulfillment in life.

Living In Fear To Living Without Fear

The first words that come out of me is, “Fear does not exist; it is something that we create”. But obviously he has heard this word and has used it in several contexts that demonstrate he is in fear base moment. When he first began to say, “Tengo miedo (I am afraid)” my response was, “Don’t be afraid; you are not alone. God and the Angels are with you”. But, when he asked me what fear was I really had to pause for a moment.
